Benjamin Michael is an insured and approved building contractor for Public Sector projects in the Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire areas. We have long-term relationships with a selection of local authorities for whom we carry out maintenance and refurbishments works. Our performance record has been consistent and grown considerably as a successful supplier of these services.
Apart from successfully undertaking minor works, we also have the capability to manage the overhaul of the larger Government Construction Contracts. We have the financial resources to perform on such projects, while having the understanding and commitment of your tight deadlines and budget restrictions.

We have incorporated a number of procedures into our Quality Management System for the selection and engagement of suppliers and sub-contractors. The Estimating Department maintains a database of suppliers and sub-contractors, each of whom are given an approval rating, which determines their use and suitability to a project.
