Benjamin Michael Earth Movers is a licensed and insured demolition and site clearance contractor who are specialists in concrete demolition. We focus on providing safe, responsible, and cost-effective demolition solutions to our clients. All works carried are to BSI BS 6187 and we provide large & small scale demolition works for both commercial and domestic clients. Our demolition and site clearance division is ideally located to cover all areas throughout Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.
Our equipment and site crew's experience is focused into two main areas. Benjamin Michael mainly concentrates on the demolition of buildings that are less than three stories tall. We also have extensive demolition experience on sites that require the removal of huge concrete foundation footings.
Our fleet of equipment includes shears, hammers, multiprocessors and cutting units that allow us to efficiently remove high-strength, steel-reinforced concrete structures such as footings, basement walls, truck wells, concrete piers and steel beams.
While providing demolition services on many different types of sites, it is very common that we come across very heavy structures. Benjamin Michael hare capable of removing these structures, while at the same time reclaiming the materials for use on your site in the future. By removing these types of buried structures, it gives our clients the flexibility to use a site in the most efficient way rather than trying to build around the previous facility's remains. By using an industrial crusher we are capable of separating the steel from the concrete, resulting in crushed concrete, which also saves the on costs by reducing landfill costs and reducing the volume of aggregates that need to be hauled to the site for road and parking lot base.
The fact that Benjamin Michael can staff a site with a large numbers of employees and equipment is a great benefit to our clients. It is not uncommon to encounter conditions on the clearance site that were not expected. Benjamin Michael has the capacity to increase production if needed by sending more employees and equipment to a site. This means that our clients are assured that the project schedule will not be delayed.

We carry out domestic and commercial site clearance in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. Some of the areas we have worked in include Northampton, Leicester, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Oakham, Melton Mowbray, Leamington Spa, Lutterworth and the surrounding areas.
We have our own in house safety advisor and also employ expert consultants when the need arise. Safety has always been our primary concern and we are proud to say we have never once had a reportable accident or dangerous occurrence.
