At Benjamin Michael, we are experienced and reliable house builders based in the Leicestershire area. We specialise in self build, custom homes for clients in Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire as well as brand new homes. Benjamin Michael goal is to maintain absolute transparency between us and you the client, therefore you know the exact costs of all materials. For example; knowing the cost of the internal doors gives you the option of upgrading to a premium door or should you need to make cut backs downgrade to a standard one.
We will also present you with a schedule of works before the commencement date, detailing all aspect of the project and the timescale for each, including deadlines for you to choose fixtures and fitting, paint colour etc.
